Cole's Adventures in Riverview Chapter 6: Hanging Out With Friends

A few days ago, Cole was promoted to a Minor Leaguer! His pay has increased to §43/hr and in addition to his mood and athletic skill, he also has to focus on his relationships with his fellow teammates.

As he cooked Mac and Cheese last night, he sported his new work outfit.

The next two days, nothing special happened.

The first day, Cole went to the gym to workout. Poor Robert over there had a bit of struggle on the treadmill.

The second day, he went to the Riverview Fish Hatchery to start on his fishing skill. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to catch any fish.

Flash forward to the present and Cole woke up to his phone ringing. He picked it up and it was his friend, Billy calling. He asked Cole if he would like to come over to his place and hang out. Cole accepted his invitation and went to get himself ready.

1 hour later, he arrived at Billy's house and rang the doorbell.

Wow! This is a huge house! That gave Cole the impression that Billy's rich. He recalled Billy driving a fancy car when he came by to welcome him to Riverview. He also noticed that there was loud music coming from the backyard.

"He must really love blasting loud music," Cole thought to himself.

Billy opened the door and welcomed Cole.

"Ah Cole! Welcome! So glad to have you here!", Billy said.

"Thanks for inviting me here!", Cole said.

"No prob! Come on in!"

After Billy let Cole in, Cole wanted to share the news about their fellow teammate, Robert Newbie.

"Oh, did you hear that our teammate, Robert Newbie, is a celebrity?"

"Really?"

"Yeah! A few days ago, our boss invited me to his house for a party and I met Robert there. I impressed him so well that we became friends."

"That's fantastic! Next time I see Robert, I'll get his autograph! Even better, impress him!"

Cole look around Billy's place and not only noticed how big it is, but also the artwork and paintings around the house.

"Billy, I'm impressed with your house! It's HUGE!"

"Thanks! This house was a gift from a friend of mine."

"Cool! I've noticed those nice paintings around the house. Did you paint them?"

"Yup. Remember I told you about my artistic skills? I've been slowly working on some paintings to improve my artistic skills."

1 hour later, Billy and Cole took off for work. While at work, Cole got an invitation to his teammate, Lee Chung's party, which will take place after work. He gladly accepted the invitation.

After work, he headed to Lee's place for the party. Time to have fun!

"Welcome Cole! So glad that you can make it," Lee said, greeting Cole.

"Thanks for inviting me!", Cole said.

Cole knew that Lee was one of his teammates, but never had a chance to get to know him. They first talk about their favorite foods. Lee told Cole that his favorite food is French Toast.

Cool! Cole found out that Lee shares a common trait! Both have a good sense of humor, meaning they'll laugh at each other's jokes and come up with the funniest jokes that will leave others laughing!

As Cole was enjoying the party, his phone rang and it was Billy again. Billy asked Cole about the party and Cole told him that it was going well and that he's having fun.

For the rest of the party, Cole danced. He noticed how great Lee dances.

After a fun time at the party, Cole went home and had a nice tub of ice cream before he went to sleep.

After taking an extreme shower, he headed off to bed.

As he was sleeping, he was thinking about a trash can. Maybe he forgot to take out the trash? Who knows?

Bonus

Here's a Tom Shallow and his daughter, MaryKay, complaining that the bench was taken by the Lin Sisters. Seriously? You two just have to throw a fit over that?
